Shipping policy
Expedited shipments placed Monday – Saturday before 2 pm (PST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm (PST) will ship the following day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.
While most orders are processed within 24 hours, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
At checkout, you may choose to add Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee. This optional service helps cover the cost of lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.
Cami Jewelry is not an insurance company. We collect and retain 100% of the protection fee and handle all claims directly with our customers. If you opt in and experience a shipping issue, please contact us promptly so we can review your case and provide a replacement or refund according to our policy.
If you opt out of shipping protection, Cami Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Customs duty, brokerage, and tax fees for international orders are solely the customer’s responsibility.
