Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have fourteen days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A 22% restocking fee will be applied for wholesalers after receiving the goods.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Orders
Due to customs duties and fees, international orders are not returnable.
Customs duty, brokerage, and tax fees for international orders are solely the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
